Sanderson Field RC Flyers’ Second Annual Scale Fly–in
On July 12, 2014, the Sanderson Field RC Flyers (SFRCF), Shelton, Washington, held their second, AMA sanctioned, Scale Fly–in. There was a fine selection of scale aircraft—and the aircraft looked good both on the ground and in the air. The pilot's choice award went to Bob Beatty for his hand-crafted Hellcat. The Hellcat was beautifully painted by Tom Strom (Sr. and Jr.). Richard Robb acted as contest director (CD) and was assisted by Tom Strom SR.
